- What kind of clay do you use for your mushrooms?
I use air dry clay for all of my sculptures. I am looking forward to experimenting with polymer clay soon!
- Where do you get your bones?
I get bones for my jewelry, mainly the flat pendants and bottled graveyards, from humanely sourced owl pellets that I dissect and process myself.
Larger bones come from roadkill, along forest hikes, and occasionally from friends who find them along their adventures. I process all bones myself using a sometimes months-long system.
